Three former colleagues with digital backgrounds start a new company providing TV-sport guides to the world. Jens and Alexander have worked together for 15 years and have successfully established the brands TVmatchen, TVsporten and TVkampen in Scandinavia.
Together with their former business development ally Andreas Fredmark, they started Ronin Venture AB to develop the world’s best digital platform for TV sport guides.
“The name Ronin was an idea from Andreas. It is Japanese and a ronin is a samurai without a master” says Jens Alén the CPO in this new business.
During the upcoming 6 months the focus is to set the back-end platform and try to launch one or two web sites.
“Even though our focus is to act as a B2B provider we want to launch one or two web sites to try ourselves. We need to make sure our platform keeps our high internal data quality standard before we contact other Sport operators in the industry” says Alexander Simeonidis, Operating manager of the business.
